Fun, delicious, casual food for your wedding celebration!

Should you want to offer a casual menu of salads, appetizer, wood fired pizza to compliment the wedding cake, our Basic Pizza Party described on the previous page may well suit your needs. If, however, you’d like to enhance the experience by having salads and pizza be the appetizer followed by a more substantial main course, here are a few menu suggestions:

• Oven Roasted Risotto
• Day Boat Scallops wrapped in Prosciutto
• Pork Loin in the style of Porchetta
• Warm Terrine of Sausage, Peppers, Polenta and Mozzarella
• Oven Roasted Chicken Rolls Involtini in a San Marzano
  Tomato Sauce

Served buffet style, our oven roasted wedding celebration dinner will include porcelain plates, cutlery, cloth napkins and stemware. If your venue isn’t able to supply table, cloths and chairs we can help organize their rental without any further charge other than the rental fee. Cost: $55 per person

Bar Service: If you’d like for us to provide a qualified bartender and all the supporting materials and equipment, we’re happy to quote on this as well.

A Pizza Station: If you’d like for wood fired pizza to be only one part of the food offer, we are happy to work with other caterers by providing a pizza station to add a unique dimension to your wedding feast. All the same great ingredients are available along with the theatre of wood fired cooking in a Tuscan oven.

Rehearsal Dinners: Looking for a fun casual way to provide food for your rehearsal dinner? Consider wood fired pizza! Everyone loves it and we can keep serving all evening so guests don’t have to worry about getting there on time. There is no need for an exact count so there's no pressure to decide the guest list. We can make the party as relaxed or as formal as you wish by layering on appetizers, dessert, cloth napkins with porcelain plates, cutlery and stemware. Our goal is for everyone to relax, have some fun and let the bride and groom let go of all the stress leading up to the big day.

Brunches for the day after: Need to invite out of town guests over the next day? With the wood fired oven from Tuscan Events you don't need to worry about how many are coming or when—book us for lunch and forget about it. We'll make pizzas all afternoon for whomever shows up. If you want to get started earlier, we can provide such traditional brunch fare as scones, fresh fruit, frittatas and breakfast pizzas as well as good, strong cafetiere coffee and fresh juices.

Prices: Brunch and Rehearsals begin at $950 for groups 50 and under. A Pizza Station around $1,100
